The dream of Mr. Ugyen Phuntso,to have an educational institution is materialized with the inception of Kuengaa Higher Secondary School in 2004 as a unit of Kuengaa group of Companies (Pvt-Ltd). The Company is now in the process of establishing a degree College by 2012, the proposed degree college, plans to offer various streams in Arts,Science and technology on its vast campus at Norbuling Dotey, giving more options and emphasis to job oriented courses and programmes. having its branches in different areas of the country to complement His Majesty’s Noble vision of Gross National Happiness.
